Terms of Service

Last updated July 21, 2026. Effective July 21, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and 168th Street Entertainment LLC, doing business as Framework Studios ("we", "us", "our") for your use of the Something Blue app and this website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Something Blue

You must be at least 18 years old to use Something Blue. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into this agreement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You can sign up with an email and password, or with Google or Apple sign-in.

3. Cost of the Service

Something Blue is free to use during launch. There is nothing to buy inside the app, no subscription, and no payment details are collected. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will make the terms clear before you are charged, and we will not start charging you for something you already use without telling you first.

4. Your content

Everything you add to Something Blue, such as your events, vendors, dates, tasks, notes, links, and uploaded files, is your content. You keep ownership of it. You grant us a limited permission to store, display, and process that content only as needed to operate the Service for you and the people you share your wedding with, including syncing it between members and, when you choose to use the assistant, sending the limited summary described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content you add, including any personal details of other people such as vendors or guests. Only add information you have a reasonable basis to store, and keep it accurate and lawful.

5. Shared weddings

Something Blue lets more than one person plan the same wedding. When you invite someone or accept an invite, everyone who is a member of that wedding can view and edit its information. Role labels in the app are for display only and do not restrict what a member can change. Only invite people you trust with the wedding's details. Removing yourself from a shared wedding, or deleting your account, is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

When using Something Blue, you agree not to:

  • Break the law or use the Service to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful or malicious.
  • Attempt to access accounts or weddings that are not yours.
  • Interfere with, overload, or try to break the Service, or get around its security or usage limits.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or scrape its content in bulk.

7. The Olive assistant

Something Blue includes an optional assistant, Olive, powered by Anthropic's Claude models. Olive offers general planning suggestions and can draft items for you to review. It can be wrong or incomplete, and it is not professional, legal, financial, or contractual advice. Always check anything important yourself before you rely on it. Olive only saves something to your wedding after you confirm it. See the Privacy Policy for what data the assistant uses.

8. Third-party services and stores

Something Blue relies on services from Google (Firebase) and Anthropic to work, and is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. If you download Something Blue from an app store, that store is not responsible for the Service, and the store's standard end-user license terms apply where required.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Something Blue running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of interruptions. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update the Service over time. If we make a significant change to these terms, we will update this page and, where appropriate, tell you in the app or by email.

10. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, or be error-free, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the information or suggestions in the app. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Framework Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using Something Blue and delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or end access to the Service if you break these terms or use the Service in a way that could harm other people or the Service itself. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, continue after your use ends.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Framework Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Owner action needed: confirm the governing law and the courts or dispute-resolution venue for Something Blue (for example a specific state or country), then replace this note with the confirmed language.
