Support
We are glad you are here. Most questions are answered below, and you can always reach a person by email.
Email us
Write to support@frameworkstudio.dev with any question or problem. We usually reply within two business days. Telling us your account email and what device you are on helps us help you faster.
Report a problem
If something is broken, email support@frameworkstudio.dev with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot is a big help.
Managing your account
Reset your password
On the sign-in screen, choose the forgot-password link below the password field and enter your email. We will send you a reset link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.
Verify your email
After you sign up, we send a verification email. Some sharing features, such as accepting an invite, need a verified email. If the message did not arrive, request a new one from the app and check your spam folder. If it still does not come, email support@frameworkstudio.dev.
Delete your account and data
You can delete your account from the app's settings, in the account or danger-zone section.
- If you share your wedding with a partner, deleting your account removes you and your details from that wedding, and your partner keeps the wedding.
- If you are the only person on the wedding, deleting your account cuts off all access to it right away. To have the remaining wedding data and files fully erased from our storage, email legal@frameworkstudio.dev or support@frameworkstudio.dev and we will handle it promptly.
You can read the full detail in our Privacy Policy.
Using Something Blue
Invite your partner or helpers
Open your wedding's members or sharing settings and send an invite to their email. Once they accept, you all see and edit the same wedding. Everyone can make changes, so invite people you trust with the details.
The app works offline
Something Blue opens and works without a connection, which is handy at venues with poor signal. Changes you make are saved on your device and sync automatically when you are back online. If something you added on one device is not showing on another, make sure both have been online recently.
Set or change your wedding date
You do not need a final date to start. Mark it as still to be decided during setup, then set the real date later from your wedding details. The countdown and reminders update once you do.
About Olive, the assistant
Olive can answer planning questions and suggest tasks, notes, or links. It only saves something after you review and confirm it. To reply, Olive is sent a short summary of your wedding, such as your names, stage, date, and your event and task titles. It is not sent your vendor contacts, guest details, note contents, links, or files. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Common questions
Is Something Blue free?
Yes, planning is free. Something Blue Plus is $4.99 a month with a 7-day free trial and adds Olive as much as you need.
Which devices does it run on?
Something Blue runs on iPhone and in any web browser, and Android is coming soon. Your wedding stays in sync across everyone you share it with.
Can two people edit the same wedding at once?
Yes. Everyone on a wedding can edit. If two people change the same thing at the same time, the app checks for conflicts and asks you to refresh so no change is silently lost.
How do I get my data or make a privacy request?
Email legal@frameworkstudio.dev from your account's email address. See the Privacy Policy for your rights.
Still need help?
Email support@frameworkstudio.dev and a real person will get back to you.
